THE KATIE PARR VOCAL METHOD
My method was carefully developed over 15 years of teaching. I'm certified to teach a wide variety of methods, and know which ones work best for individuals and incorporate them into lessons, as needed. Methods include: SLS method, Reid method, Bel Canto, Singing Success Method, STP techniques, A-Approach and many others that are effective for learning all styles of music. Students of all ages enjoy working their way through my 7 level singing course. We focus on 4 major categories in every lesson including:

Staging

Voice lessons are one on one sessions with me, Katie Parr. Lessons are for ages 5 & up and for all levels. Lessons are tailored specifically for the individual, including children, teens & adults.

PERFORMANCES
Katie Parr Music Academy holds auditions for students 3 times a year. Students may choose to audition for either our solo artist program or our singing groups. Students perform on the most exciting stages in DFW! See some of the venues we perform at below.
